Hi guys! My name is Jeneca and I am excited too meet you! Thank you for trusting and booking with me. I would appreciate if everyone respected my time and showed up with pure intentions. I can’t wait to see you all! EASY STEPS TO BE APPOINTMENT READY -Before your appointment make sure to not drink any fluids & use the restroom before arriving. Keep in mind you will laying for the desired time of your lash set, so please be prepared. -I would appreciate it if you girlies would show up with NO MAKEUP such as mascara, strip lash glue, eyeliner, concealer, etc. You must show up with a clean/ bare face. Failure to do so, you will be charged an additional $5 fee. -Make sure to ARRIVE ON TIME. If arriving late please notify me. If I’m not notified within 10 minutes of the appointment time, the appointment will automatically be cancelled and you will be charged according to the cancellation fees. No appointments will be valid at the 15 minute mark. Please keep in mind that I do have back to back clients. -When ARRIVING to your destination, I would deeply appreciate it if you sent me a message letting me know you've arrived to your appointment. Please wait inside your car until you get a response from me. -For recurring clients, I will require a picture of the current state of the lashes to determine the correct appointment time and price. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations require at least a 48 hour notice. If less than a 48 hour notice is not received, the following cancellation fees apply: 20% of the price of service booked will be due and will be non-refundable. If appointment is cancelled due to myself, these terms do not apply.
